General Terms & Conditions of Use

As of August 2026 – Valid for the use of our web app and the creation of a user account.

§ 1 Scope & General Provisions

These terms govern the provision and use of our web app (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service'). By registering a user account, you agree to these terms. The sale and distribution of paid premium features are handled by our authorized reseller Lemon Squeezy LLC. When purchasing a premium subscription, the terms and conditions of Lemon Squeezy apply additionally.

§ 2 Registration & User Account

To use personalized features, you must create an account. You are required to keep your login credentials confidential and protect them from access by third parties. Creating accounts with false information is prohibited.

§ 3 User Obligations

It is prohibited to use the Service for unlawful purposes, manipulate systems, introduce malicious software, or overload the app in a way that disrupts operations. In case of violations, we reserve the right to claim damages.

§ 4 Availability & Changes to Services

The Service is provided without warranty for continuous or uninterrupted availability. We strive for stable operation but do not guarantee perpetual server uptime or error-free software. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

§ 5 Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health due to intentional or negligent breach of duty, as well as for damages based on intent or gross negligence. For damages based on a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. In all other cases of slight negligence, our liability is excluded. This also applies to our third-party providers.

§ 6 Termination & Suspension

You can delete your user account at any time without giving reasons. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or delete accounts in the event of serious breaches of these terms or payment defaults.
